Ketty, is how she is affectionately called at home. She came to NY in the 80s. She is the mother of six beautiful and adorable children ages 2-16, 4 girls and 2 boys. He now lives in Westchester County with her children and husband.
She inherited the art of cooking from an early age in her homeland with her grandmother, making their own recipes at the age of 12. Inspired by her grandmother, Ketty adimitted to the University to refine her talent . Ketty was very passionate in the art of culinary, motivated to make each stomach happy, because, this is what makes her most happy.
After graduating the university of culinary arts. Ketty, began her internship in one of the most famous restaurants in the area of Westchester, working for the famous Master Chef Peter Kelly, a pioneer in American cuisine, or opt for the Top Prize at the Iron Chef competition with "Bobby Flakes' FoodNetwork Challenge. "
At the end of her internship, extra effort and great customer service, Ketty became part of the official working team, and preparation of dishes at a restaurant of the same Peter. There, she had the opportunity to reafine her
