PASTA PISTACHIO WITH GOAT CHEESE & CHERIE TOMATOES

Ingredients

12 oz uncook pasta your favorite style

4 oz goat cheese

1/2 cup cruched pistachio

1/3 fresh basil

2 teablespoon minced garlic

2 cups cheerie tomatoes

1/2 cup chicken broth

1 onz olive oil

Method

Cook the pasta approximately 12 minutes, drain ,drizzle with olive oil

preserve.

While pasta is cooking, combine goat cheese & pistachio into blender for 30 seconds to make a cream, chifonade the basil & preserve.

Heat oil in a nonstick skillet over high- med heat, add tomatoes sauteed 20 seconds, add garlic cook approx 1 minute,stirring frequently. Add broth and cook for 20 seconds. Remove from heat.

Add goat cheese cream flavored with pistachio, add basil to pasta, add tomatoe mixture and combine seasoned salt & white pepper to taste.
